February 09 - October 2009.

  • Handicap Parking area

Mike and I laid out 800 feet of 1/2" pex radiant tubing and secured it to the mesh.  This will provide snow melting to this area.

Chris Smeltz and Eric Master from Accessible Living are taking care of the concrete, 14 yards here.

  • Handicap Parking Area ----    9-27-09

We have the initial dig done with the drain pipe removed. Has temporary drains installed. They'll be underground when finished.  You can also see the stack is coming through now also.

  • Early bird drop off ??   Here's the key lock box.

So you wanna drop your car off @ midnight and pick it up after hours?   No problem - foyer is always unlocked now and you can leave your keys in this nifty safe.  Hit the "c"  2115 then"#", you'll hear a buzz, then you can open the door.   Just leave or pickup your keys.  Your invoice will be in your car.   If you have an emergency, this is where you'll find the spare keys to our loaner vehicles.   Please talk to me before taking them, cause I may have promised them to another person already!

  • Office progress

Looking a little more professional.   We do have a Wi Fi hot spot if you like to surf while waiting for your car to be serviced.

  • New Railing - just in time for the outdoor deck party!

  • Air pipe, Ceramic tile and moving tire equipment back in.

We have all the lights in, most electrical, door openings are installed.

Most of the air piping is done and we started moving tire equipment back in place.  It's really nice not having to roll all my tires next door, to install and balance tires!

Tom will be done with the tile this week and is also wrapping up the trim around the 7 newly installed walk in doors.  Do we really need this many doors?

  • Clean Burn Rack

Frank's welding it up.  If he can weld Harley frames, it's good enough for MMC!

This was prototyped by Matt Lausch, engineered by Dale Lausch and built by Frank, Mike and Steve.  You wouldn't believe the #$%&@!*  before we could start this.

Really, it's just not simple anymore.  I have a new respect for construction people.  You can not "just do it" today.  You need to have all your ducks lined up.  You better do your homework, cause it'll cost you time and money.

I am very fortunate to have many friends in a variety of specialty areas to help me out.

Thank you very much.  I couldn't do it alone!

If you use GPS device, use 195 East Elizabeth Street, to come in the easiest direction.

You cannot see us from Main Street and the alley is poorly marked. Go to "Printable map" for a custom map to our shop.
