It's 63 degrees today!  A good time to pour concrete.  To bad we aren't quite ready for that!  It will be a couple days yet, before the plumbing is roughed in, stone brought up to grade, insulation, metal grate and PEX tubing is ready to go.  It'll have to wait to the New Year!

  We passed the mechanical inspection this morning.  Code Administrators is responsible for checking that we are doing everything to code. This includes pressurizing the radiant tubing to 100 PSI , verifying everything is correct as per the approved plans, insulation and re-bar all located correctly. Tomorrow we are pouring concrete and will be able to drive into the garage again this week-end. 

We have the basic walls and a few rafters up. Tom is going hunting, so the framing is on hold till Wednesday. Meanwhile, I'll be working on the exhaust system and piping in the floor. The plan is to enclose the new garage and then pour the concrete.
